Delivery Charges & Zones
We deliver to a wide range of postcodes in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire. Our delivery charges are based on the postcode of the delivery location. The following charges apply:
- ST1, ST2, ST3, ST4, ST5, ST6, ST7: £25
- ST8, ST9, ST10, ST11, ST12, ST13, ST14, ST15, ST16, ST17: £25
- ST18, ST19, ST20, ST21: £45
Note: Postcodes not listed above may incur a delivery surcharge. Please contact us directly for a quote.
Delivery Times
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1–7 working days depending on your location and stock availability.
- Delivery Hours: Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Delivery Method: Orders are delivered using appropriate vehicles, including flatbed vans and crane-equipped vehicles (Hiab), depending on the size of the order.
Delivery Requirements
- Access: Ensure the delivery location is accessible to our vehicles, which may weigh up to 20 tonnes.
- Surface: The delivery area should be flat and solid enough to support the weight of the vehicle.
- Obstructions: Clear any obstacles, such as parked cars or low-hanging branches, to ensure smooth delivery.
